Pride community center

Here at The Pride Center, we celebrate diversity and strive to empower our community through a wide range of services and events. Pride Community Center uses social media, this site, and linktree to promote the events we are involved in, co-hosting, or originating in the Brazos Valley area.

On the first day of enrollment, clients will be provided with a hot meal, food pantry items, household cleaning supplies, and toiletries. For any group interested in holding a drive to collect essentials, we will gladly provide bags with a list of all needed items.

Pride seeks to enable the creation of self sustaining, eco-friendly, technology-driven, community spaces that are the pride of the local community, accessible to all community members and serve as a physical platform enabling community building, skills development & recreational activities.

Volunteer here! We rely solely on the generosity of the community to be able to provide our services. GAAP does not receive federal or state grants. GAAP also provides household cleaning supplies and toiletries that clients would not be able to obtain through SNAP or other publicly funded programs.

GAAP provides clients with a hot meal, fresh bread and pastries, and substantial bags of food from our food pantry, including dry, cold, and frozen foods on a weekly basis.
